Hertz Soundtrack (2009)

Synopsis

The emerging environment is full of sounds that the human ear can barely perceive. 'Hertz' is the story of Valentina, a cellist who gets lost in a labyrinth with no way out, the labyrinth of auditory distortions. Trying to evade, Valentina will go crazy and violently destroy her apartment. The beating of her heart and the sound of her breathing are perceived as something external to her, and "being" is something that happens only in the mind. An experimental film because it focuses on the actual frequencies of sound in the red environment, trying to reproduce hypersensitivity and auditory perception.
