I Am a Village Soundtrack (2018)

Synopsis

Great Kreek – An indigenous town that isn't even on the map. The first 'Captain' (leader) of the village has been chosen: the charismatic teacher, Angelique Palmtak. In the traditional inauguration of it, even the president appears. This raises expectations among the townspeople about Angelique. Everyone will assume that with these kinds of connections, she will settle land claims and develop tourism. But to achieve all this, Angelique will need the help of all the residents. A challenge in itself. Meanwhile, riots and rumors are bubbling under the surface. Can Angelique unite her people and make the little creek 'Grand' again?
