Synopsis

Tele-C, a private German TV station, is in trouble. The audience rating is going down, and program manager Conny Schiffer is desperate. One evening - his best showmaster is interviewing a goat at the moment - he decides to make some changes.

Listening to the radio, he hears Hannes Engel, a very creative and special DJ. Unfortunately, Hannes' wife Maria, an actress, has just been thrown off the cast of a major Tele-C TV pic and therefore Conny does not find him in the most receptive mood when trying to hire him for the exact same station. But with the glamorous future Conny promises, Hannes quickly decides to sign - and gets ground up properly in the mills of the German TV industry, just like his wife had forecast.

User reviews

Betty Gonzalez
2/10

The choice of music in Late Show often feels jarring and out of place, disrupting the flow of the narrative rather than complementing it. The sudden shifts in tone and style make it difficult for the audience to fully immerse themselves in the story, ultimately detracting from the overall enjoyment of the film.

Donald Davis
2/10

The soundtrack of Late Show feels disconnected from the story and characters, failing to enhance the emotional impact of key moments in the film. The music seems generic and uninspired, lacking the depth and complexity needed to elevate the viewing experience.

Sarah Phillips
6/10

However, on the other hand, I can't help but feel that some of the music choices were a bit too generic and predictable. There were moments where the music felt like it was trying too hard to evoke certain emotions, and it ended up feeling forced rather than natural. Overall, while the soundtrack of Late Show has its moments of brilliance, it also has moments where it falls short of making a truly memorable impact.

Jennifer Johnson
8/10

Each track in the soundtrack of Late Show enhances the storytelling, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that keeps the audience hooked from start to finish.

Donna Taylor
5/10

The soundtrack of Late Show is a mixed bag for me. On one hand, I appreciate the diverse selection of music genres used throughout the series. From electronic beats to classical melodies, the soundtrack certainly adds a layer of depth to the show's overall atmosphere.

Joshua Hall
8/10

The music in Late Show perfectly captures the essence of each scene, adding depth and emotion to the characters' experiences and dilemmas.

Stephanie Thompson
8/10

The soundtrack of Late Show is truly captivating, setting the tone for the dramatic storyline with its powerful and emotive compositions.

John Moore
2/10

The soundtrack of Late Show lacks cohesion and fails to establish a consistent mood or atmosphere throughout the movie. The music selection seems haphazard and arbitrary, making it challenging for viewers to connect with the characters and their journey. Overall, the soundtrack feels like an afterthought, rather than a carefully curated element that enhances the film.

Matthew Clark
8/10

The diversity of musical styles and influences in the Late Show soundtrack adds richness and complexity to the overall viewing experience, making it a standout feature of the show.
