Mark II Soundtrack (1986)

Synopsis

Eddie, Kingi and Matthew, three friends, meet up in Auckland, New Zealand and decide to take a trip to Wellington in an old Mark II. Unbeknownst to his teammates, Kingi is actually running from some drug debt, and the heavies want his money to follow them. A primarily Kiwi film in the Once Were Warriors type mold of seeing a bit of our own experiences and lifestyle. Sprinkled with humor, low-level violence, and some harsh realities of life, this movie is for the whole family. I must have seen it at least 20 times or more before I was 12 years old.
