Synopsis

New Police Story is a Hong Kong action film directed by Benny Chan and starring Jackie Chan. The film follows Inspector Chan Kwok-Wing, a police officer who is haunted by the deaths of his team members during a botched operation.

As Inspector Chan struggles with guilt and alcoholism, a group of young criminals known as the "Gang of Five" begin terrorizing Hong Kong. Determined to bring them to justice, Inspector Chan teams up with a rookie cop named Frank to take down the gang.
