Two wealthy businessmen, Prithvi Singh and Maan Singh, battle in a court of law for many years to acquire a plot of land. When the court finally rules in favor of Prithvi, Maan is enraged and hires a bandit, Panna Singh, to massacre Prithvi and his family members. Fortunately, Prithvi manages to survive and retaliates by killing Maan Singh. Shortly afterward, Prithvi is apprehended by the police and his case is called up in court; he's on the verge of winning when Maan's police-officer brother Suraj testifies against him, resulting in him getting the death penalty. But Prithvi manages to escape, be with his pregnant wife when she delivers their daughter Chandra, launch a sudden attack on Daku Panna, and make good his escape with his daughter, only to become an outlaw. Years later Chandra meets Suraj's son Akash and they fall in love, but when their fathers learn of their relationship, all restrictions are placed on them not to meet with each other, and their fathers hurry to arrange other marriages for them. Meanwhile, Panna Singh is still alive and willing to go to any length to kill Prithvi; meanwhile, Suraj is looking to close in on Prithvi to avenge his brother's death.
