Sparrows Dance is a film about a reclusive young woman who is too afraid to leave her apartment. She orders food and groceries online to avoid interacting with people. One day, a plumber comes to fix her bathroom and she is forced to confront her fears. The two of them strike up an unlikely friendship and she starts to come out of her shell. As they spend more time together, she begins to open up about her past and he helps her to overcome her anxieties. The film explores themes of isolation, connection, and personal growth.
