Synopsis

Taxi 2 is a French action comedy film directed by Gérard Krawczyk. It is the sequel to the 1998 film Taxi and stars Samy Naceri as taxi driver Daniel Morales and Frédéric Diefenthal as police officer Émilien Coutant-Kerbalec.

The movie follows Daniel and Émilien as they team up once again to take down a group of Japanese yakuza who are planning to kidnap the Minister of Defense. With the help of their friends and some high-speed chases, they must race against time to save the Minister and stop the criminals.

Taxi 2 is known for its fast-paced action sequences, comedic moments, and dynamic duo of Daniel and Émilien. It was a box office success in France and spawned several sequels in the Taxi franchise.
