Synopsis

The Brother from Another Planet is a story about a slave from outer space who escapes to earth. Despite his three-toed feet, he appears to be an ordinary young black man. He crash-lands on Ellis Island and finds himself in Harlem. There, he befriends the owner and regulars of a bar, using his ability to fix any machine by touch to earn money.

Being mute turns out to be more of an advantage than a disadvantage for him. He also possesses the power to heal himself and others with his hands. However, his peaceful existence is disrupted when two extraterrestrial bounty hunters try to recapture him and take him back to his home planet.
