Synopsis

The Great Canadian Baking Show follows a group of amateur Canadian bakers who compete in a baking competition.

Each week, the competitors are given a theme for the challenges, such as cakes, cookies, or pastries.

They have a set amount of time to complete three challenges, which are evaluated by expert judges.

The first challenge is the signature bake, where competitors showcase their baking skills with a recipe that represents them.

The second challenge is the technical challenge, where competitors must follow a provided recipe they may have never seen before.

The third challenge is the showstopper challenge, where competitors create a visually stunning baked good.

At the end of each week, one competitor is sent home based on their performance in the challenges.
