Synopsis

The Jade Pendant is a gripping tale of love, sacrifice, and redemption set against the backdrop of the Chinese Exclusion Act in 1871. The story follows the journey of a young Chinese woman named Peony, who is sold into slavery and forced to work in a brothel in San Francisco's Chinatown.
