Stacy's Knights is a 1983 American drama film directed by Jim Wilson. The film follows the story of Stacy Lancaster, a young woman who inherits a Las Vegas casino from her deceased uncle. However, she soon discovers that the casino is in financial trouble and is being threatened by a rival casino owner.
Desperate to save her inheritance, Stacy enlists the help of a group of ex-convicts who are skilled in card counting and blackjack. Together, they form a team known as "Stacy's Knights" and set out to win back the money needed to save the casino.
