In the remote wilderness of Prince Edward Island, a group of five teenage boys embark on a weekend camping trip led by their scoutmaster, Tim. As they settle into their campsite on Falstaff Island, they have no idea of the horrors that await them.
When a stranger arrives on the island, weak and starving, the boys take him in despite their reservations. But this decision proves to be a fatal mistake as the stranger is carrying a deadly parasite that quickly spreads among the group.
As the boys' bodies begin to deteriorate and their minds become consumed by the parasite, they must fight for survival against an enemy they cannot see. With no way to escape the island and no one coming to their rescue, the boys must rely on their wits and courage to make it out alive.
The Troop is a gripping tale of survival and horror that will keep readers on the edge of their seats until the very end.
