Synopsis

The Wanted 18 is a documentary film that tells the story of a group of Palestinian activists who decide to buy 18 cows in order to start a dairy farm in the West Bank village of Beit Sahour.

However, their plan is disrupted when the Israeli army declares the cows a threat to national security and begins a campaign to capture them. The activists must then go to great lengths to hide the cows and continue their operation in secret.

As tensions rise, the cows become a symbol of resistance and the story of their unlikely journey becomes a powerful allegory for the Palestinian struggle for independence.
