Synopsis
When slacker aquarium tank cleaner Vincey Masters drops his GameBoy Advance into the turtle tank at work, he gets electrocuted trying to retrieve it and wakes up with out-of-this-world martial arts abilities that send him on a big adventure to the Far East where he competes for Japan's prestigious Karate Meister of the Year award.
