Wesele is a story about Wojnar, a wealthy man in present-day Poland, who is preparing to marry off his daughter Kaska. However, there is a twist in the tale as Kaska had been pregnant with another man, leading Wojnar to bribe the groom with a fancy car.
During the wedding ceremony, a gangster delivers the car and demands the promised money and land deed from Kaska's grandfather. Unfortunately, the grandfather refuses to give up the land, creating tension at the event.
As if that wasn't enough, the wedding reception workers also demand payment, putting Wojnar in a difficult position. Despite his reluctance to part with his money, he tries to haggle and bribe his way out of the various situations that arise.
