Synopsis
Les adolescents d'une prison turque luttent pour survivre dans des conditions horribles. Réalisé par Yilmaz Guney mourant en France, après son évasion d'une prison turque, lui permettant d'accepter son prix à Cannes pour Yol (La Route). Lorsque le leader de la superstar turque est devenu un militant des droits de l'homme, Guney a été reconnu coupable d'activités politiques pro-kurdes et de meurtre par le régime militaire turc. Le dernier film du réalisateur/scénariste Guney, Duvar (Le Mur), a été interdit en Turquie pendant 17 ans. Les adolescents incarcérés s'organisent et se battent, se brutalisent, exultent du moindre triomphe, tout en plaisantant, souffrant et apprenant de l'inhumanité dans laquelle ils se complaisent. La prison abrite également séparément des hommes et des femmes, dont beaucoup sont interprétés par d'autres expatriés turcs.
