Antilles sur Seine Soundtrack (2000)

Synopsis

On the island of Marie Galante, in Guadeloupe, the party is in full swing on the occasion of the birthday of Horace Ste Rose, mayor of the city. His wife Lucia and his two sons Manuel the doctor and Freddy the artist as well as all his friends are present. Two days later, while she is passing through Paris, Lucia is kidnapped. Horace learns with astonishment that he will only be able to recover his wife if he agrees to cede the valid land in his town for the construction of a huge real estate complex. The Ste Rose family then landed in Paris, and Gertrude Boisec, former barbouze of General Intelligence, mobilized the West Indian community of the capital and all the corporations (EDF, GDF, PTT, Telecom, hospitals, garbage collectors, administration, police officers - ) in order to find Lucia. Our heroes only have three days before the contract is signed. For his part, Commander Herman leads the investigation and discovers an underground world which deploys an immense surge of solidarity.
