I found the soundtrack of Call the Midwife to be quite repetitive and lacking in diversity. The same melodies seemed to be recycled throughout multiple episodes, which made the overall listening experience monotonous.

The music in Call the Midwife often felt overpowering and intrusive, taking away from the emotional depth of certain scenes. Instead of enhancing the storytelling, the soundtrack sometimes felt like it was trying too hard to manipulate the audience's emotions.
