"Death on Demand" tells the story of wealthy college student Richard Sachs who organizes a web broadcast contest at a local haunted house. He convinces three young couples to spend Halloween night in the abandoned dwelling by offering $5,000 in prize money. The house was previously owned by deranged killer Sean McIntyre, who murdered his family 20 years ago before hanging himself. McIntyre, an amateur mountain climber, used his grappling hook during his murder spree, which began after he believed he killed a Yeti in the Himalayas.
Richard sets up mini-video cameras in the McIntyre house to capture the events for his Internet broadcast. When subscriptions for the show decline, he hires a porn star to replace one of the contestants. The participants include two college football players, their girlfriends, and a geeky student paired with the amorous Velvet Luv, the hired porn star. Tensions rise as the football players clash over team spirit.
The night kicks off with a group séance where the spirit of Sean McIntyre is contacted and brought back from the other side. As the contestants split up and follow clues given to them, they are systematically killed by McIntyre. The survivors realize they are being hunted and must make a final stand in the attic.
