Synopsis

"Ghoulies Go to College" is a story about a comic book found in a frat house bathroom. This comic book holds powers over three lost Ghoulies who are trapped within its pages. They are released by Professor Ragnar, who wants to use them to stop 'Prank Week', where frats compete for a tinfoil crown.

Skip Carter and his frat house are determined to win the crown, but Skip is facing relationship problems with his girlfriend, who is dating his arch rival, Jeremy. When Jeremy frames Skip and gets him expelled, the Ghoulies are sent to kill Skip and any other frats that get in their way.
