Ice Sculpture Christmas tells the story of David Manning, who is preparing to succeed his tycoon father Ellis as CEO of an investment firm. One day, he runs into his childhood acquaintance Callie Shaw, an aspiring chef who has recently been employed as a dishwasher at the country club thanks to her decoration-expert father Frank.
David is charmed by Callie and decides to ask her out on dates. When he hears about the club's annual ice sculpting competition and learns that Callie is an expert at it, he enters her into the competition. However, Callie is worried that this will make her look disloyal to her boss, chef Gloria, who is a three-time winner of the competition and refuses to let Callie back out "as if under pressure".
Despite neglecting his responsibilities with a major account, David decides to train as Callie's partner for the competition. He even befriends widower Frank and volunteers to help turn Frank's late wife's charitable dream into a reality.
However, Gloria's jealous deputy is determined to sabotage Callie, who impresses everyone with her strong work ethic.
