Synopsis

May the Devil Take You is an Indonesian horror film directed by Timo Tjahjanto. The story follows a young woman named Alfie who discovers that her estranged father has fallen ill and is on the brink of death.

Desperate for money to pay off her father's medical bills, Alfie decides to visit his old abandoned villa to search for valuable items. However, she soon realizes that the villa is haunted by a sinister force that is determined to claim her soul.

As Alfie delves deeper into the dark secrets of her father's past, she must confront the demons that have plagued her family for generations. With the help of a group of strangers who are also trapped in the villa, Alfie must fight for her life and uncover the truth behind the curse that has haunted her family for years.
