Synopsis

"Meadowland" is a drama film that follows the story of a couple, Sarah and Phil, who are struggling to cope with the disappearance of their young son. As they try to come to terms with their grief, their relationship begins to unravel and they find themselves drifting further apart.

As Sarah becomes increasingly isolated and withdrawn, she finds solace in the company of a troubled young boy who reminds her of her own son. Meanwhile, Phil throws himself into his work as a police officer, trying to distract himself from the pain of their loss.

As the days turn into weeks and then months, Sarah and Phil must confront the reality of their new normal and decide whether they can find a way to move forward together or if their grief will ultimately tear them apart.

With powerful performances from Olivia Wilde and Luke Wilson, "Meadowland" is a poignant exploration of loss, grief, and the ways in which tragedy can test the bonds of love and marriage.
