Once upon a time, in a faraway kingdom, there lived a beautiful princess named Sleeping Beauty. She was cursed by an evil fairy to prick her finger on a spinning wheel and fall into a deep sleep for a hundred years.
Despite the efforts of the king and queen to protect their daughter, the curse came true on her sixteenth birthday. The entire kingdom fell into a deep slumber along with the princess.
Years passed, and a brave prince heard of the sleeping princess and decided to rescue her. He fought his way through the thorns surrounding the castle and finally reached Sleeping Beauty's chamber.
With a gentle kiss, the prince awakened the princess from her long slumber. The curse was broken, and the kingdom rejoiced as Sleeping Beauty and the prince lived happily ever after.
