Synopsis

The non-linear film tells the sexual story of a film director from his life at ages 5, 12, and 16, a man embarking on his first film in 1950s Tunisia, and ultimately his life today. Along the way, as a teenager, he has sexual exploits with an older woman, becomes involved with an Italian couple in Tunisia culminating in the murder of a local boy and the brutal revenge killing of the woman, and eventually marries a woman . cold woman.
