Synopsis

"The Run of the Country" is a coming-of-age drama film that follows the story of Danny, a young man living in a small Irish village. After the death of his mother, Danny's relationship with his strict father becomes strained. Tired of his father's oppressive ways, Danny decides to run away with his girlfriend, Annagh. The couple embarks on a journey through the Irish countryside, facing challenges and discovering themselves along the way.
