Synopsis

Unbroken is a captivating story of resilience and survival set during World War II. The film follows the incredible journey of Louis Zamperini, an Olympic athlete turned bombardier who survives a plane crash in the Pacific Ocean. Stranded at sea for 47 days, Zamperini faces unimaginable hardships as he battles starvation, dehydration, and shark attacks.

Eventually, Zamperini is rescued by the Japanese Navy and taken as a prisoner of war. Despite enduring brutal treatment and torture at the hands of his captors, Zamperini refuses to be broken. His unwavering spirit and determination to survive inspire his fellow prisoners and serve as a testament to the strength of the human spirit.
