A few years after the 1953 Coup, a young news agent of Persian origin is sent to Iran by order of an unknown Organization to gather information and map the country. On commission, he works as a photographer specializing in photography of rare birds, landscapes and historical buildings so that he can travel and map the country while taking pictures. By order, he marries a Persian girl and has 3 children. Twenty years pass, he falls in love with the Persian culture, his poetry and his family way of life. Twenty years pass. The Iranian revolution is in its initial stage. He is ordered to change position and cause terror and fear among the commoners by bombing historical buildings. Due to his love for his family, his country and his culture, he refuses to follow orders. The Organization pressures him to follow orders.
