Another 48 Hrs. follows the story of tough San Francisco police officer, Inspector Jack Cates, who is facing the threat of losing his badge for good due to an old debt from the past.
Desperate to clear his name, Jack turns to his former partner, Reggie Hammond, who has just been released from jail after spending seven years behind bars.
However, Reggie's newfound freedom is short-lived as an attempt on his life pulls him back into a world of violence.
Jack is determined to prove the existence of the criminal mastermind known as the "Iceman," but the odds are stacked against the mismatched duo.
