Synopsis

A look inside the life of former Hollywood actress Dolores Hart, who left her career in 1963 for a calling to become a nun at the Abbey of Regina Laudis in Connecticut. Now as Mother Prioress, she shares memories of her stardom and the love she left behind for the greater love she had for God. Life at the abbey includes animals, gardening, singing, prayer, and silence; other nuns and novices share their journeys that brought them to the abbey and the challenges they faced as novitiates.
