Synopsis

Felix Rebolledo is a pimp who owns a cabaret, two bingos and three dating houses. Now he proposes to open a party room, and for this he has - as he has always done - with the support of the Bishop, whom he has bribed with frequent donations.

Having the support of the Church it will be much easier to have the approval of the City Council, although, on the other hand, it also has bribes, among others, the mayor and the president of the Council of the Council.

All this state of affairs is going to be seriously threatened with the arrival of Arcadio, seminarian and nephew of the Bishop. Arcadio, who left the seminary because he considered it "too frivolous" for him, will now occupy the position of secretary of his uncle, who had become vacant.

When Rebolledo is found among the "parishioners" friends of the Bishop, the chaste seminary is greatly scandalized. So much so that the first thing he does is convince the wives of the mayor and the president to urge their husbands to refuse the opening of another "place of vice and corruption".

The open war has just been declared.
