Prodigy Soundtrack (2007)

Synopsis

Naruse Uta (Narumi Riko) is a "only" 13-year-old girl. She possessed the talent to read sheet music even before she could speak, but now she has reached the point where she hates playing the piano. Her father was also a piano virtuoso, but he mysteriously disappeared from his life at a young age. Due to the disappearance of her father, Uta's mother had to move out of her luxurious house and move to a remote and modest working-class neighborhood. In this working-class neighborhood there is a local grocer. The shopkeeper's son, Kikuna Oto (Matsuyama Kenichi), is a budding musician, but he lacks the drive to truly succeed. That is until Uta Naruse walks into her life.
