Jane's fifth training video, which was designed as an enhanced version of her original training program. It offers a 35 minute beginner class with 12 minutes of aerobics and a 55 minute advanced class with 16 minutes of aerobics. Each class begins with a warm-up, proceeds to work on the waist, arms and aerobics, stretching the floor, abs, legs and hips, buttocks and ends with a reinforcement.
