Synopsis

Mavi Kelebekler puts a human face on the war in the Balkans and focuses on the real pain of the Bosnian people. Aida (Oya Okar) is a Bosnian girl caught between the love of a Bosnian friend (Murat) and a former neighbor and close Serb enemy (Marko). Its 1992 civil war and Yugoslavia is in full swing.
